Scrap Silver Premiums at Unprecedented Highs

As BrotherJohnF reports here, scrap silver (dimes), have reached a 3 dollar premium over spot. He says this is a very high premium.

I don't know the history, but this sounds very interesting to monitor.

That's why I'm starting to monitor the scrap silver premiums too. Today, they are at 11%. Normally they are at spot price.
